You can download the entire sourcing request in a ZIP format. When in Request Overview, click on "More options" (bottom left corner), and click on "Zip" in this menu showing up.
You will see a pop-up with a tree of documents that are a part of this sourcing request. This tree can include:

sourcing request in pdf format
-
all received attachments for this sourcing event
-
your quotation in pdf format
-
all uploaded attachments with reference to your quotation
You can tick which documents you would like to download. After clicking the Download button, all selected documents will be downloaded in a single ZIP file.
