OCI 4.0 PunchOut in BeNeering-System

To enable a PunchOut integration, the required OCI data must be provided to BeNeering by the supplier’s webshop.

The process begins when the customer requests BeNeering to set up a supplier PunchOut.

BeNeering then initiates the onboarding process and contacts the supplier, providing details on the required data for the PunchOut implementation.

The supplier submits the necessary OCI 4.0 parameters, including:

• Login credentials (e.g., username and password or similar authentication details)

• PunchOut URL

• Optional dynamic parameters (such as email address)

Once all required information is received, BeNeering implements the PunchOut in the system and performs testing together with the customer.

The supplier is not required to access or log into the BeNeering system. All configuration and setup activities are handled exclusively by BeNeering.
