The MyCatalogCloud ticket system can be accessed at https://service.mycatalogcloud.com/ . You can access the ticket system either via the web address or via the link that was included in the invitation to the ticket system. We recommend saving the web address to your favorites. The login page of the ticket system has several information areas.

1. Under point 1 there is a possibility to create a ticket without login information. We do not recommend this way of creation, as access to the ticket system has many advantages. For example, old tickets can be viewed.
