The next few pages show you how you can work with our ticket system.
ATTENTION
For now you will need two login users, one for the ticketing system https://service.mycatalogcloud.com and another for the productive usage of www.mycatalogcloud.com. This means, you will receive 2 passwords which are not synchronized for the time being.
We are working on the integration of the Ticket system using the same login as on www.mycatalogcloud.com and we will inform you here when this will be available.
