OCI 4.0 Punchout
The following article describes how a OCI 4. PunchOut connection is set up in the BeNeering system and what is necessary to make the connection work.
Buyer requests BeNeering to have a Supplier PunchOut
Supplier sends BeNeering the necessary OCI4 Parameters
The necessary OCI4 Parameters are typically:
PunchOut_URL
Parameter for the Login (exact parameter name and value needed)
Password for the Login (exact parameter name and value needed)
Ocassionaly there are more parameters needed that are dynamical, like an email, firstname, lastname etc. Please let BeNeering know if they are needed and BeNeering will set them up.

Depending on the Parameters that the Supplier-Shop is using, you are able to modify the "PunchOut_Param". As seen above the Request Parameter Name can be implemented into the Excel-File with the Format:
"PunchOut_Param.Login" for the Login Parameter for example. The Value of the Paramter can be set into the corrosponding Docfield.Value field. There are additional Parameters that can be configured to handle methods and calls:
NAME: PunchOut_Method ; VALUE: POST
NAME: PunchOut_Method ; VALUE: GET
NAME: PunchOut_Mode ; VALUE: WINDOW
So to Setup a PO with a GET Method Call it would look like this:

Usually BeNeering will set up the PunchOut in the system, tests the PunchOut and confirms if all required parameters are transmitted. If the PunchOut is not working, or parameters are missing, Beneering will contact supplier to fix the issue.
Once the PunchOut is working Beneering contacts the Buyer to confirm functionality of the PunchOut connection
Please also be aware of all standard OCI4 requirements and rules. You can find the official Documentation here: OCI / JSON Specification
