Above formats are explained in more detail here.
Click on "Upload file" on the top right corner of the screen.

You will be prompt with the following screen.

Classification
This field indicates the classification schema (product categories) as this shall be used to match the settings in the customer’s procurement system. There are different industry standards like EClass, UNSPSC, ETIM and others, all being released in various versions. If this field is blank, make your selection here.
Make sure that all your catalogs items are matching the Category/Classification ID according to the Classification Schema selected in this field. If items do not match, the catalog validation will result in an error and you will have to correct these codes.
Price validity period (valid from / valid to)
Choose the validity period (from/to) if you would like to limit the validation period for your catalog. If a validation period is defined on item level in the catalog file, it will be considered from the catalog file with priority.
If a catalog item expires because the validity is outside the validation period, the customer is not able to shop this item any more.
Go-Live Date
GO-Live date is an optional field indicating the date when the catalog should be published in production. The entered date will be proposed to the buyer during the approving process.
Description
In this field you can provide optional information which will become visible to buyers and approvers.
